Responsibilities:
Coach & lead those staff members reporting to Charge LPN - work as one 'Team' to keep things running smoothly.
Responsible for dispensing medications to residents.
Charting & paperwork - Ensures all reporting requirements are met and completes all required paperwork; i.

infection control, accident/incident reports, etc.
Qualifications:
Current state License Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and the families of the residents.
Resident-focused at all times, while acting as a pleasant professional is essential.
Physical requirements commensurate with the position.
Experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
