Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest reservations and ensure accuracy of information - Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in operating phone systems and basic computer software - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Note:
Experience in the hospitality industry or previous guest service experience is preferred, but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
