The mission of our company is to provide a manufacturing facility with the capabilities of performing custom precision machining and production component manufacture work in prototype and production quantities while offering the latest in machining and fabricating techniques.
The Office Manager positions is comprised of accounting and administrative support functions.
The office manager ensures that all financial transactions are entered into Quickbooks and have been processed according to the company financial guidelines.
This position also ensures timely, accurate, processing of payroll.
General administrative tasks include managing paper flow for shipments, hiring, front desk management, and in other support tasks as needed.
Bookkeeping Job Duties/Responsibilities 1.
Process accounts payable and receivable including:
enter and verify bills, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with business policies.

Process payments, deposits, and post into the system b.
Reconcile checking, savings, customer and vendor accounts c.
Make journal entries under direction of third party accountant 2.
Process payroll/timesheets and generate weekly payroll checks 3.
Maintain confidentiality regarding organization's financial and personnel information 4.
Assist in preparation of support work for the audit.
5.
Process State and Federal Tax reports and submissions Office Administration 1.
Oversees the smooth operations of all office/administrative functions 2.
Processes Shipments in Shop System 3.
Maintains effective filing systems (both digital and physical).
4.
Serve as receptionist during business hours.
5.
Establish and maintain inventory of all office supplies, and a regular method of ordering, distributing and paying for all supplies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1.
Quick Books Pro experience (minimum 2 years) 2.
Payroll processing experience (minimum 2 years) 3.
Proficient use of a.
Microsoft Office products including Word (including the use of tables), Excel, and Outlook; 4.
Strong organizational skills.
5.
Consistently maintains a professional demeanor, appearance, and work environment.
Education and Experience Required:
1.
Two to five years of progressive experience and responsibility in a bookkeeping and administration position.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time permanent benefited non-exempt position.
