Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift.
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and report generation.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations.
Please note that this position requires working overnight shifts.
