Repsol is seeking an Asset Analyst to support the Marcellus Business Unit in Horseheads, New York.

Horseheads, NY Position Overview and Responsibilities Operations Expense Reforecast Support Coordinate/Present/Report Monthly Forecast Accrual Requests Monthly Results Reporting and Variance Explanations Operations Expense Data Integrity Support Identify and resolve prior period invoice coding issues Reclass entry requests Hierarchy Maintenance PO Coordination on Setup and Coding Operational Expenditure Budget Coordination Area Reporting including Key Performance Indicator, Various BEX Reporting, Various SAP Reporting, Workday Reporting Support Tools for Continuous Improvement tracking and updates including root cause analysis for work drivers Assist with production reporting, daily close processes in Energy Components Provide Vendor Support including communication and resolution of identified invoicing issues Deliver presentations and data mining results to Senior Management as necessary Liaison between Accounts Payable, Cost Control Analysts, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Provide support, coverage, and cross-training with other Asset Analysts Any other reasonable activity required by management Required Qualifications Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or other relevant field of study Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel Knowledge of the natural gas industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interact effectively with different areas of the organization Team player and openly collaborative Ability to multi-task several assignments simultaneously and establish job priorities Initiative to consistently meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Previous E&P experience with gas is preferred A minimum of three years of analytical experience is preferred Physical / Environmental Demands No exposure to safety hazards as the work environment is relatively free of hazards and there are not physically demanding aspects of the job S - Sedentary Work - Sedentary work duties that include exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible force frequently to move objects including human body.
Walking, sitting, standing, talking No travel requirements.
There could be opportunity for travel on an ad-hoc (project) basis but not required for normal work duties.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
