Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining sales of decking, decking fasteners/accessories, and hardwood lumber/flooring.
This is a full-time position.

Tasks and

Learn and master the company's products and operational procedures Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone Learn competition to enhance your sales success Proactively create opportunities for new business oo Build relationships to foster repeat business Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction Job Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail Responsibility, including consistent punctuality and accountability Aggressive, competitive, and committed initiative Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective time management skills Great interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships Working knowledge of lumber measurements and basic construction Phone sales skills Excellent customer service skills MUST HAVE LUMBER AND BASIC CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE!
